PSYCHOLOGICAL EXERCISES FOR GETTING OUT OF STRESS IN ATHLETES
Abstract
The article describes the causes, spheres of influence and their
psychological characteristics of stress that affect the athlete’s performance, the use of
the following basic methods and relaxation exercises to overcome and eliminate
stressful experiences, as well as to create a stable emotional state in athletes.
